Heyyyyy! I’m Stephanie. I’m a wife and mama of three. I left my job as a preschool teacher to stay home with my babes, and now I’m finding myself again, through health and fitness. I’d love to help you find balance, living a fit-ish life.

In high school and college I was active. I always had a solid gym routine. It was after I had my son that my health took a backseat. I was working like crazy and finishing my bachelors degree, and frankly, I didn’t see an issue. I thought this is just what happened when you had kids.

Over the years I slowly began to gain weight. My wake up call was when I got on the scale at my yearly OB appointment (I didn’t own a scale) and I weighed as much as I did when I was 9 months pregnant. We were also trying to get pregnant again, so I began walking more, eating more veggies, and smaller portions. I got an elliptical and started using it daily, and after about 9 months I had lost almost 20 pounds, and I finally got pregnant.

I kept up with the elliptical during pregnancy but eating healthy went out the window. When my daughter was born, I lost all the baby weight immediately, without trying. I knew we wanted another baby ASAP, and it took so long the last time, so I didn’t bother trying to get back on track. Sure enough, 7 months later, I was pregnant again, and I ate everything. Because I knew once the baby came I was going 100% to lose the baby weight.

When my second daughter was born, I began dieting almost immediately, the weight didnt fall off like last time. I was hardly eating, replacing meals with protein shakes, I started walking and running almost daily after my 6 week checkup.

I couldn’t lose the weight.

Frustrated, and fed up, my friend (and coach) who had been using Beachbody programs for almost a year, convinced me to try the 4-day-a-week program. I resisted. I didn’t like the idea of workout videos, I didn’t want a nutrition plan, I didn’t want to change my habits.

I tried the sample workout and immediately joined. I loved the program, the nutrition was simple, I had results the first week. I completed the 8 week program and lost 10 pounds and 10 inches.

I had no intention of becoming a coach, but the coaching piece just fell into my lap. People watched my transformation and they wanted to see results like I did, real results. Before I even knew what I was doing, I was building a team.

Within 3 short months, I lost 15lbs and 18 inches. I was below my pre-baby weight, and I was ALL IN.

Now, one year later, I’ve lost over 20 pounds & 4 pants sizes… and I’m 15 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years, and I’m growing my own business where I help women find what I have, freedom.
